Games will not be installed on sand or uneven surfaces, and installation in upper floors is strictly prohibited. Supervision of children is the customer’s responsibility, and there must be adults supervising throughout the entire usage period A 220V power source must be available at the installation site. Moving the games after installation is prohibited except by the installation team. A refundable security deposit of 200 SAR per game is required, to be returned upon receiving the game in good condition. Installation and dismantling of games may take place from dawn until Maghrib prayer, and installation time may vary depending on the type of game and the location. Any additional fees imposed by event venues or rest houses are fully borne by the customer.
